I am sure, like any insurance is a clause in their cooperation. If you are not agree to cooperate, you can stop your benefits. Now, the regulatory authority is obliged to meet you at your house. Depends on what you are trying to determine. If you only want to see you and talk about their problems, then I would say that their request is reasonable. As the former manager said, if you inspect your home, confident that whatever the reason be, then, because of their position. Not sure what you said with a disability claim against the conditions that cause a problem.
