I have a Dell desktop with LCD monitor and suddenly a white spot on the lower right corner of the screen that this is possible and produced a solvent?

If they are very small points that are probably dead or stuck pixels. Almost all LCD's have used, but now will be less if the plates are new. Do not think that it repaired. I've heard, rub gently, but I would not recommend. Google dead pixels.

Dead pixels. Irreparable far as I know ... Stationary on the screen only shows the default color.
